Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jill Seeley is a seasoned real estate agent in her hometown. Jill has a passion for connecting with people, and strives to exceed expectations with a client based approach for each transaction. She is detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and expert negotiator. She brings a well-rounded approach whether her clients are first-time homebuyers, or seasoned investors. Prior to residential real estate, Jill graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Tyler, and a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. With over a decade of healthcare experience, she brings a refreshing perspective to real estate.

Ryan Seeley founded Seeley Properties in 2020, and has sold over $10 million in residential real estate since obtaining his real estate license in 2017. Ryan's expertise and enthusiasm for residential real estate is coupled with a diverse background in development, management consulting, and entrepreneurial ventures. Ryan is an active commercial property developer focused on the multifamily and industrial sectors, including both sourcing and executing new investment opportunities. Bringing the professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail of commercial real estate to the residential real estate brokerage brings material value for his clients.
Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance. Ryan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
